Galbally N.S is fortunate to have a well run childcare service operating on the school grounds. The facility operates a playschool session each morning from 9 to 12.30 and an Afterschool club runs from 2-6 pm. The children in the Afterschool club are supervised doing their written homework and later have time to enjoy a variety of games and activities. As it is a non-profit organisation costs are kept to a minimum . All preschool children have up to 2 free years at playschool. The service is run through a committee made up of the school board of management , The school parents association and members from the local Community.
