Today our Senior classes played Lisvernane NS in a most enjoyable football game. It was in honour of Peggy Daly RIP. who was an SNA at Lisvernane NS. Peggy also was very involved with the Confirmation classes in Galbally. There was some excellent football skills on display by both teams. The game ended in a draw on a score line 2-4 to 1-7. Both teams agreed to share the trophy in the spirit of friendship. Afterwards the children relaxed and chatted at the playground.
Thanks to the teachers at both schools for planning this most enjoyable day.
